Asia Pacific Screen Awards

The Asia Pacific Screen Awards is an international cultural initiative of the State Government of Queensland, Australia, through Queensland Events Corporation. The awards ceremony will be held on the second of December, 2010 on the Gold Coast.

SPAA, as the Australasian Member of the Federation of International Film Producers Association, is responsible for selecting two Australasian entries to the Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA), in addition to the official selection of the Nominations Committee. 

It is a selective process and not a ‘call for entries’.  There are specific criteria which are available on the APSA website www.asiapacificscreenawards.com  

Selected filmmakers will be contacted in October.
